About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and enhance existing customer relationship with group exposure less than RM 5 mil and/or annual turnover more than RM 30 mil under commercial banking portfolio

Attend to customer requests

Provide advice and service to meet customers' needs

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Branch Managers to manage customers together

Market and sell the Bank's loan products to new and existing customers

Analyse, evaluate and recommend loan applications and ad-hoc requests within the Bank's risk parameters and guidelines

Monitoring customers' performance to minimise non-performing loan ratio

Conduct analysis on portfolio basis for account wallet sizing to maximum product holdings.

Job Requirements

A recognised Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business related studies

Independent, reliable and meticulous in work approach

Flexible, as significant extended hours may be required during specific negotiations and transactions

Strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills

Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and a team player
