Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Responsible for the direct supervision of the operations staff to ensure effective and efficient management of operational workflow of outward and inward remittances from various partners to ensure fast, accurate and timely delivery of the remittance products to the beneficiaries.
• 
  Shall also provide high level of service support to the business unit to ascertain customer satisfaction both internal and external.
• 
  Shall observe full and strict compliance in the implementation of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s SOP as well as external rules, regulations and laws, such as those issued by BNM and those pertaining to KYC, AMLA, etc.
• 
  He / She shall also assist the Department Head to attain the department\xe2\x80\x99s objectives & the bank\xe2\x80\x99s goals of delivering highly satisfactory services to our stakeholders.
• 
  Ensure effective cooperation and maintain close communications with all business units, departments and branches
• 
  Participate and drive system enhancement projects to meet bank\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
• 
  Manage daily/ monthly balance of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s account and determine funding movement. Scope includes
• 
  Coordinate and check with international partners on daily funding plan.
• 
  Monitor and reconcile prefunding balance of all international partners.
• 
  Coordination among various Finance Department and Management.
• 
  Ensure high efficiency of all the products by working closely with the team members ((internal and external e.g. various partners and Hubs) in driving remittance sales in accordance to corporate objectives.
• 
  Work closely with Remittance Product Manager and Remittance Channel Manager in delivering best of class product offering.

• 
  Malaysian citizen
• 
  Min Diploma holder in any related field Business/Marketing/Operations
• 
  Experience in Remittance will be an added advantage.
