One&Only Desaru Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager, Reservation to join our team based in Desaru, Johor. The position is only for Malaysia National or PR.

• To maximize room revenue, occupancy, and the average rate by utilizing Revenue and Yield Management techniques.
• To project an image of courteousness and hospitality while handling guests\' reservations.
• To handle directly and coordinates the resort reservation\'s activities for Tour Operators, Travel Agents and direct guests.
• Reviews all resort booking reports and status of the reservation.
• To follows up with Sales and Marketing team on bookings and forecasts.
• Estimates future bookings and establishes a working schedule, to achieve targets and budgets.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate data on the property management system and central reservation system.
• Prepares Monthly Reports as required.
• Actively elicits guest preferences and feedback regarding resort services and ensures action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction.

About You:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, or similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in 5 Star resorts/hotels with reservation exposure.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in 5 Star resorts/hotels in similar capacity.
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong Communication Skills and fluently English speaking.
• Experience and knowledgeable in Opera.
