MAIN PURPOSE
As a Retail Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing full spectrum of human resources activities within our retail organisation. This includes overseeing hire to retire process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for end-to-end HR operations and payroll function of the Company.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring our retail team members are supported, motivated, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
