Accountabilities: Establish and organize the Retail Leasing Department by leading the leasing team to be aligned with overall business objectives. Formulate a strategic trade and tenant mix plan. Conduct market research and provide advice on rents. Collaborate with the Centre Manager to advice and set tenancy agreement commercial terms and conditions. Liaise with Legal team on standard tenancy agreement, that includes landlord and tenant provisions (specifications), house rules and fit out guide. Lease the mall and execute the job via leasing campaign, production, and use of marketing collaterals including leasing kits, brochures, and website. Promoting the mall leasing through mainstream and social media advertising, direct one-on-one leasing solicitations, media press statements, retail conferences with target retailers, and leasing reception parties. Train and manage leasing team. Establish efficient workflows and approval processes. Set leasing targets aligned with overall business objectives. Develop and manage the budgeting, generate reports, dashboard, and analyses. Lead the leasing team and guidance as needed. Report on leasing progress, performance, and tracking. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in building valuation, real-estate, marketing, business studies or other related disciplines 10 years or more working experience in Retail or Commercial property leasing. Knowledge and skills in landlord and tenant matters, negotiations, retail, or marketing. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proven track record and strong network in the retail industry is an advantage. Proficient in using MS Office.
