To coordinate & monitor the deployment and management of rewards (compensation, benefits, recognition) and performance policies, guidelines, frameworks, processes and initiatives for Sime Darby Property Berhad, to support the enhancement of business performance & high-performance work culture

Key ResponsibilitiesReward
Key responsibilities in relation to guaranteed compensation (salary, fixed allowances), variable compensation (performance bonus), benefits and perquisites, recognition programs, wellness programs, LTIP (if applicable) and International Mobility (expatriates/ assignees) include:
Participate in market benchmarking exercises and conduct any statistical analysis on the competitiveness of the rewards structure and practices against market data and best practices.
Conduct a review of policies, guidelines and processes to ensure competitiveness and compliance (if relevant)
Assist in the design of new initiatives and programs where strategic and feasible
Initiate involvement and testing of draft reviews/ design with relevant Business Heads and HR to ensure review / new initiatives meet business units\xe2\x80\x99 and HR objectives/needs
Manage the process of yearly bonus and increment exercises including reviewing the submission from the respective HR Business Partners (HRBP)
Participate in ongoing communication, obtaining feedback, maintaining and continuously improving policies, guidelines and processes
establish and maintain relationships with representatives from leading companies and industry experts
Strategize, plan and lead in the deployment of review/initiative.
Provide coaching to own & other HR team members.
Advise and provide consultation to Business Heads/ HR/ Management on rewards-related matters.
Identify and develop a strong partnership with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders (Finance, Technology, Procurement etc.) to ensure high-quality work, cost-effectiveness and responsive services.
Manage the daily administrative operations related to reward activities
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, Business and equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in a human resources/management role (including at least 3 years in a compensation and benefits specialist role)
