An exciting Manager, Risk & Compliance opportunity for a market leader in the industry.

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the risk management initiative
• Oversee and conduct risk management trainings
• Oversee and facilitate risk assessment exercises with risk owners
• Act as a subject matter expert for control methodologies, best practices and emerging trends
• Assist risk owners to roll out risk treatment plans and oversee the implementation
• Collate and prepare risk management reports, including group risk profile
• Monitor, validate and report on the status of risk treatment plans
• Monitor, analyze and report key risk events
• Conduct review and testing on Business Continuity Framework and Business Continuity Plan for the Group
• Develop Compliance Framework including designing end to end compliance programs and implementing, to ensure the Group is compliant with laws, rules and regulations
• Assist in the review of the Group's insurance needs and renewal
• Assist in the development and enhancement of risk management tools and techniques
• Assist the Head of Department on any special assignments that are so directed

The ideal Manager, Risk & Compliance will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must posses the below requirements;

Key Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/related qualifications
• Minimum of three years of work experience with minimum of two years in a managerial role
• Demonstrate sound knowledge in the principles of local laws for Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Experience in healthcare industry
• Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in any other language is an additional asset
• Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
