Our client is a leading energy solutions provider and they have a few job openings for the Manager, Risk Management position Responsibilities Responsible for development and review of enterprise risk management policies and tools necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company\'s strategic and operational risks; Ensure the organization\'s risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable standards i.e. ISO31000, ISO37001 Anti-Bribery Management System and strategic imperatives of the Group; Coordinate and assist in the risk assessment, review and action planning processes for the business units with the focus on identification of the key risk exposures and mitigating action plans; Review and monitor the risk action plans on a regular basis through communication with the various risk owners; Provide support in communicating the risk management framework to the business units to ensure understanding of common risk language across the Group; Review the effectiveness of existing risk management policies/methodologies and recommend relevant changes; Conduct regular bribery risk assessments and ensure that risk control measures are put in place in line with the ISO37001 Anti-Bribery Management System requirements; Ensure the promotion of risk management awareness / refresher through the planning and organizing of risk management training; To assist on the establishment of Business Continuity Management; To update and maintain risk registers information in the ERM system. Requirements Candidates must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/ Economics/Finance or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in enterprise risk management Working knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks i.e. ISO31000, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management and ISO37001 Anti-Bribery Management System would be an added advantage. Experience on ERM system application would also be an added advantage.
