Identify market opportunities

Oversee the sales department to ensure consistent achievement of sales quotas and objectives.
Conduct regular sales meetings and
closely track Sales Advisors' performance.
Provide coaching, motivation, and guidance to enhance team productivity and results.
Review sales performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Prepare persuasive sales presentations
and demonstrate effective deal-closing techniques.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, in line with dealership policies and procedures.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent service and proactive follow-up.
Develop and manage CRM systems to improve customer retention and grow market share.
Ensure full compliance with company and principal policies, regulations, and SOPs.
Maintain a professional image and conduct at all times.
Perform any other duties or projects assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Relevant certification in the automotive field or equivalent qualification.
Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing a sales department.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
At least 2 years in a managerial
or supervisory role.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
Strong understanding of vehicle technologies, product specifications, and industry regulations.
Willing to work or relocate to
Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
