Job Description

: * Contribute to achieve acquisition targets, product financial & revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as to identify gaps and execute business opportunities plans.

• Identify digital opportunities for Auto Finance business with the aim to improve customer experience journey and develop new business opportunities for Consumer Banking Malaysia.
• Engagement with related business stakeholders for ideas on improvement and making use of the feasibility analysis to drive business needs. Ability to diagnose issues and problems that will impact Auto Finance business in their day-to-day operations and to identify key solutions.
• Ability to contribute initiatives related to digital and process improvement independently.
• Participate in all aspects of program life cycle management includes market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field as well as to assist on business innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage ongoing relationships, and prepare agreement.
• Ensuring projects are completed on a timely manner, within budget and meeting the project\'s objectives. Oversee the project and ensure the desired result is achieved in the most efficient way.
• Assist to carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys for process improvement.
• Full compliance to internal policies and external regulations/policies issued by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Association of Banks Malaysia (ABM) and other relevant authority.
• Any other assignments or projects from management from time to time.
