Represent UOB either as Digital Advisor working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to catalyst ideas, initiatives and use cases to drive digital adoption.
Responsible for action plans, key success metrics from marketing activities to sign ups, conversion, and cross sell of other banking and beyond banking services.
Be involved in multi-facet collaboration (joint activities both online and offline) with SmartBusiness Partners, Government Agencies and Associations.
Engage SmartBusiness Partners and SMEs in effective ways and means to engage and follow through.
Own the customer sales journey - self determine engagement required based on customer needs and availability in order to achieve activation, referral and conversion.
Attain and maintain required technical knowledge of key features, benefits and capabilities of SmartBusiness Solution Partners.
Maintain to highest standards customer data in assigned CRM with integrity and adhere to compliance.
Maintain clear visibility on sales funnel and prospective sales.
Report weekly on sales forecasting and outlook. Capture and feedback solution enhancement feedback from customers to Partners and Management
Job Requirements
A recognised University Degree or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of business development, B2B sales (tech and non-tech), stakeholders\' management within the tech or other related sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as relationship-building skills.
Strong business acumen, outcome driven and hard working.
Task and action focused - can create opportunity for yourself and drive to succeed to meet team objectives and goals.
Strong listener and communicator: adapt in uncovering latent or unspoken needs and translating them into result (digital adoption, and consumption of banking and beyond banking services)
Professional, courteous and enjoy working collaboratively.
Understand the Go-To-Market strategies, market, competitive landscape, and target audience (SMEs), and translate into actionable campaign activities to drive sign ups and Key Success Metrics.
Exposure or good knowledge of the wider Digital and Business eco-system, their key drivers and business models.
Analytical and proficient in usage of data for fact-based decision making.
