The head of Source-to-Contract (S2C) Asia is responsible for a team of 13 S2C buyers whom together manage the complete sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management and content definition for the Asia region (1.5bioEUR spend out of which 500mioEUR is Regional or Local, spread over 500+ sourcing events by year)
The Manager S2C EMEA reports to the Procurement Director Center of Excellence located in the Netherlands.

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
Experience in leadership and people management
Fluent in English

People management, experience leading and working with multi-cultural teams, developing others
End-to-end understanding of the Procurement processes
Experienced in building RFx events & understanding of e-Sourcing methodologies and advanced sourcing systems (Coupa, Ariba, Keelvar)
Excellent communication skills
High drive for quality and results
Acting with decisiveness
Measuring and improving performance (team & processes)
Strong stakeholder management skills - main stakeholders are BP teams, CP teams, GBS PtP, Legal, IT and other functions, Business requestors and budget holders.

The Head of Source-to-Contract Asia is accountable for his/her team:
To develop and execute the sourcing calendar (Ariba, Keelvar, RFx)
Contract lifecycle (creates and maintains legal contracts) & purchase performance.
Defines the right content for business needs.
Works in close collaboration with all Procurement and business stakeholders in accordance with guidelines and policy.
Responsible for the KPI's on souring performance, Contract coverage, PO-rate and Handsfree PO-rate, % Blocked invoices.
Increase sourcing % via preferred vendor and steer to the right buying channels.
Continuous improvement, drive automation/digitalization.
