Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Duties and responsibilities

  • . Responsible for the management of supply chain of finished goods, importation, exportation, order processing, customer service, inventory management, supply chain processes, third party logistic management and distribution to end customers.
  • . Provides leadership in executing local/region/global strategic plan. Drive change management in local country and collaboration with Regional/Global to drive successful implementation in country.
  • . Administer, identify, steer and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service levels, maximize sales and profitability, and support a dynamic business model and changing market conditions.
  • . Guide and direct the supply chain team by creating a collaborative, innovative and result-oriented environment. Support career development and skill development to ensure job satisfaction, retention and future talent development. Address low performer and re-development program with HR.
  • . Accountable for maximizing service level to provide best-in-class service in the market. Proactively identify service level issues and work on improvements to resolve the issues.
  • . Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives within the supply chain organization and cross-business units.
  • . Responsible and accountable to plan and meet financial budget of supply chain cost and KPIs.
  • . Prepare and consolidate report on monthly supply chain performance and establish action for improvement.
  • . Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for product, trade and compliance.
  • . Responsible for supply chain standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Integrated Management System (IMS). Perform review and update SOP.
  • . Responsible for internal and external audits. Review audit findings and perform corrective action.
  • . The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Professional competencies
  • At least 5 years' experience in demand planning, inventory management, order processing, customer service, logistics management and distribution.
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain or related fields.
