We are hiring a talent being a member of a multi0functional process team with specific authority, accountability and responsibility for the attainment of stringent equipment and process performance goals which are well defined, objective.Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Area Technical Manager to regionally customize SOPs to suit additional customer information
• Manage the processes and co-ordinate arrangements for resolving / correcting the incident with third party suppliers.
• Having regular contact with operational depots to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Manuals. This may involve a physical visit from time to time.
• Ensure regular depot audits in line with agreed auditing timetables and procedures for all depots.
• Customer visits in coordination with the sales and marketing team members and other areas of the organization as appropriate.
• Lead special projects driven by customer needs and regional requirements.
• Resolving / correcting the incidents with third party suppliers and internal colleagues until closure.
• Follow up incidents with agents and internal colleagues to ensure that relevant damaged parts are returned to manufacturers for analysis.

We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements:

• Min. 8 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
• Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Flexi Tank / ISO Tank will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent reading and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of employees.
• This position is located in Pandamaran, Selangor.
