Job Description
:
: * Plan and develop project management proposal (including key deliverables, costs, schedule, and resources requirements development), procurement and contracting strategies using Project Management Best Practices.
- Manage and control project delivery to contain cost and schedule by managing overall project performance and meeting targets (including Cost, Schedule, HSE and Operability).
- Manage and control compliance to project management governance to be in line with corporate governance, company policies and regulations, technical standards, and statutory requirements to safeguard company and shareholders' interest.
- Manage project risks by continuously identifying risk events and the appropriate mitigations to safeguard project value against negative impacts.
- Perform and execute administrative close out, procurement contracts closure and facilities handover for satisfactory acceptance by end user.
Degree in any engineering discipline.
Requirement: * Minimum 12 - 14 years working experience in oil & gas (upstream) industry including at least 4 years experience in Project Management
- Experience in Project management, schedule and cost development, construction and host tie-in, stakeholder management.
- Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate, connect, garner team unity, effective communication skills ensure successful engagement with key stakeholders of various levels.
- Possess analytical thinking skills
