JOB SUMMARY
Overall responsible in managing and executing all activities related to employees Total Rewards which comprises of compensations and benefits, payroll management, HRIS systems, employees\xe2\x80\x99 appraisal and other special projects or initiatives related to Total Rewards execution. The role is also responsible for planning, administering and executing strategy of Recruitment including manpower planning and employees Learning & Development (LeAD) under the Total Education Plans including Talent Management and Competency profiling.
