Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manpower scheduling or operations resource management.
• Knowledge of rail crew competency and rostering systems preferred.
• Experience in start-up or operations planning is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage crew deployment, scheduling, and competency development.
• Ensure adequate staffing for train operations, rest compliance, and roster accuracy.
• Monitor crew performance, attendance, and certification records.
• Develop training and competency frameworks in collaboration with HR and Operations.
• Ensure full compliance with operational safety and service standards.
