Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus is seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Training - Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs across all outlets. This role is responsible for creating engaging training modules, ensuring consistent service standards, and supporting the operational efficiency of our restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B training, excellent people management skills, and the ability to align learning outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Module Creation:
Design and develop structured training modules for kitchen crew, service staff, cashiers, and outlet managers.
Ensure modules are consistent with brand standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Regularly review and update training content based on menu changes, feedback, and market trends.
Training Delivery & Implementation:
Plan and execute onboarding programs for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
Conduct in-person and on-site training sessions across branches.
Implement a Train-the-Trainer model to build internal training capability at each outlet.
Track training completion, performance, and effectiveness using assessments and feedback tools.
Work closely with the operations team to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted training solutions.
Monitor and audit outlet operations to ensure SOP compliance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:
- Diploma degree in Hospitality, Food Technology or a related field.
7 years of experience in training and operations, preferably in the food & beverage or quick service restaurant (QSR) industry.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training modules for frontline and outlet staff.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food hygiene standards, and customer service protocols.
Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
Willingness to travel to outlets for on-site training and support.
