Liaise with the principal office, mainly the technical department, on warranty matters.
Participate in warranty decisions based on guidelines.
Review claims and prepare supporting documentation.
Ensure timely submission of warranty claims, verifying costs and reimbursements.
Oversee tagging and storage of replaced parts for audits and disposal post-audit.
Support campaigns or recalls by coordinating with factories, sales, and customers.
Attend technical meetings and share information with departments and principals.
Document defects, analyze claims, and discuss with management for action.
Generate monthly reports on claims, collaborating with Finance, Workshop, and Technical teams.
Conduct warranty training and annual refresher sessions for branches.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree holder.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
