Islamic Unit Trust Distribution

• 
  To achieve topline revenue and profitability targets for Islamic Unit Trust / ASNB business
• 
  Liaison person between the Bank and ASNB for sales and training related matter
• 
  Liaison person between the Bank and FIMM for periodic reporting matters
• 
  To organize training and briefing sessions for the sales staff, regional heads and branch managers
• 
  Managing Islamic Unit Trust / ASNB sales related communication; e.g. fund and campaign updates via email and Workplace
• 
  The liaison person from HQ with the sales force for sales related matters
• 
  To develop and manage campaigns and strategies for the products

• 
  Build and manage Islamic Unit Trust / ASNB internal competencies (people, operations and systems)
• 
  Enhance the operational procedures and controls of Islamic Unit Trust / ASNB products manuals and guidelines to ensure compliance with Shariah regulators and internal requirements.
• 
  To conduct Annual Compliance Review (ACR) to ensure continuous compliance with the requirements relating to marketing and distribution of unit trust scheme.
• 
  Ensure timely submission of periodic reporting including compliance matters.
• 
  Observe internal and regulatory compliances including customer complaints and feedbacks.
• 
  Active oversight and enhancement of select existing internal workflow processes and reporting to ensure information is relevant and processes are streamlined.
• 
  Attend and resolve inquiries from other parties such as from other departments on products issues and also relating to Islamic Unit Trust / ASNB fund sales procedures.
