Job Description

  • Management of bankxe2x80x99s international Non-Performing Loan portfolio, including review and providing feedback on strategies and action plans of credit recovery policies, standards and processes.
  • Review credit recovery policies, standards, processes, controls and practices to meet and comply with statutory / regulatory requirements.
  • Assist Head RMD on general administration of department and handling inter department issues and projects.
  • Meeting and negotiate with borrowers for repayment arrangement reschedule / restructure to maximize recovery, access and evaluate the necessary recommendation to management.
  • Engage with external parties including solicitors, valuers, real estate agents, auctioneers, liquidators to ensure expeditious and successful disposal and liquidation of properties charges to the bank.
  • To attend Land Office inquiry / Court / LACA hearings / Auctions / Full Trial from time to time.
  • To monitor, identify and implement process enhancement to improve productivity, work quality and compliance.
