Chrisjac is currently assisting our client, a local conglomerate with vast diversified business activities in Malaysia to identify and recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Risk and Governance professional officer. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified risk management professional to join this conglomerate group of companies with business operations spanning across diversified business interests in financial services, manufacturing activities, utilities and environmental engineering and property.
They are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Risk Management & Governance Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
This position will report to Group Risk Officer.
You will be responsible to assist and support the Group Risk Officer in the planning and executing the Group Continuity Management across the Group.
Support the Group Risk Officer in the execution of the Group wide business continuity strategies and initiatives.
To assist Group CRO to develop and maintain Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan for the Group.
Manage the process of identification, assessment, resolution and escalation of identified risks through governance structure.
Assist in the evaluation, assessment and profiling of identified risks.
Compilation of risk reports.
Review action plans implemented to mitigate identified risks.
Promote risk awareness culture within the Group of companies.
Qualification & Experienced required
Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management,Business Administration or equivalent.
3-5 years of work experience in risk management and business continuity management capacity.
Preferably experience in public listed company environment or regulatory agencies.
Possess sound knowledge on BCM methodology.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong presentation and management skills.
