The opportunity BioQuest Advisory is at the exciting phase of our growth across APAC region and is looking for experienced consulting practitioners with strong technical skills in emerging technology in the area of Data Analytics, Intelligent Automation and the wider AI like Machine Learning to be part of our journey. The role **This role requires good understanding and experience in leading technology projects** You would be part of our business & tech management team to steer the growth of the firm. Your role involves: \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading engagements and managing senior stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in close collaboration with our technology business partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Advising clients on leading and best practice \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentoring and developing our team \xe2\x80\xa2 Growing and managing our talent pool \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing methodologies and tools with subject matter experts Your profile \xe2\x80\xa2 Good degree in any discipline with good knowledge of software development and programming \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years consulting experience in the intelligent automation, data analytics or AI, preferably from a reputable consulting firm \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong track record of delivering successful projects are large clients and your portfolio has to include technology projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong capabilities in understanding clients\xe2\x80\x99 business challenges and translating to sales opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Well rounder understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its associated business operating models (i.e. governance, operating models) and infrastructure (i.e. cloud technology) \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to guide and nurture junior consultants in both technical and consulting aspects \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communicator, able to think-on-your-feet, have a customer service attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate and manage rapid change Attributes we are looking for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly motivated with a passion in technology and consulting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communicator and excellent problem solver who can prioritize workloads in a dynamic environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong people skills to manage stakeholders and internal talents \xe2\x80\xa2 Genuine interest in a long-term career with a fast growing firm Join us At BioQuest, we value collaboration, teamwork and knowledge transfers.
