Our client is an International Shopping Mall based in KL City area.

Assist the Finance Manager in daily finance & accounting activities.
Ensure timely reporting & submission of financial & management reports.
Assist in the preparation of reports for external reporting (e.g. statutory annual financial statements).
Prepare monthly cash flow & company budget.
Assist and handle matters raised by the auditors.
Annual Budget Planning & Forecasting.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
5 years of Finance/Accounting experience & currently at Supervisory / Managerial level.
MUST be competent in Budgeting & Cash Flow Management.
Experience in Retail Mall / Property is a plus (not mandatory)
Exposure in SAP system is a plus (not mandatory)
Exposure in Consolidated Accounts is a plus (not mandatory)
Pleasant & humble personality.
Good command in English & Mandarin/Cantonese.
