• Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Proven working experience in e-commerce or digital marketing in the Malaysian market is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers in both written and spoken communication.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Engage with customers on social media platforms to build rapport and encourage repeat purchases.
• Produce products update and create compelling content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and customer needs.
• Explore Malay KOLs and influencers and establish partnerships to promote our products.
• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content and turn their influence into business opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and market expansion.
• Upload new products and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research and optimization.
