We are seeking energetic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join a Mandarin & Cantonese Telesales project for a Food Delivery service at Concentrix. This position focuses on NCR sales, including:Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to sell advertising space and subscription plans.
- Promote the platform's services to restaurants and brands in the assigned market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Location: Sunway Visio
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Salary:
- RM 3,500 for Taiwan Market (Mandarin)
- RM 4,000 for Hong Kong Market (Cantonese
- Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience (any industry)
- Minimum education qualification: SPM
- Open to Malaysian Nationals only
- No assessments required
