- Language Skills : Mandarin & English is a must.
- Education : Minimum qualification: SPM. Fresh graduates are welcome (Full training provided)
- Availability : Willing to work on rotational shifts and off days.
- Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.
- Handle inbound calls for (customer inquiries complaints feedback and issues related to company products)
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service and accurate information.
- Team Collaboration : Work with the team to meet KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
