Kelayakan

• Malaysian citizen, preferably below the age of 40
• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English; the ability to speak Cantonese is an added advantage
• No prior experience required - fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently
• Willing to work on public holidays as required by the shift schedule

Tanggungjawab
Working Shift: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break
Rest Days: 2 days off per week
Work Location: Subang Jaya (easily accessible via public transport)
Basic Salary: RM 4,000
Performance Incentive (KPI): Additional monthly incentive
Other Allowances: Including night shift allowance and other applicable benefits

• Engage with customers via multiple communication channels, including email, phone calls, and live chat
• Actively listen and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to resolve more complex or escalated issues
• Demonstrate empathy while building rapport with customers to ensure a positive service experience
• Strive to deliver a consistent and high standard of customer service to minimize repeat contacts and escalations
• Provide feedback on internal tools, processes, and procedures to support continuous improvement in operations and customer satisfaction
