- Qualifications: Minimum SPM; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
- Training: Full training provided.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including off days. Each shift is 9 hours, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Location: Position based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
- Inbound Call Handling: Address customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and any product-related issues.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering accurate information and high-quality service.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively to meet KPI targets and maintain SLA standards.
- Work Schedule: 5-day workweek.
