Mohon Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan Job position : Telecom Customer Service Executive
Shift : 5 days a week, 9 hours a day ( 24 hour Rotational )
Working hours : 8 hours of work + 1 hours of break
Location : Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara , Petaling Jaya ( Near Ara Damansara LRT )
Note :
Ability to speak Mandarin is a minimum requirement
No experience needed with Training provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic and easy customer service support regarding ( Telecom ) industry
Handle inbound calls & emails
Assist with customers enquiries on Telecom Onboarding process
