Job position : Telecom Customer Service Executive

  • Shift : 5 days a week, 9 hours a day ( 24 hour Rotational )
  • Working hours : 8 hours of work + 1 hours of break
  • Location : Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara , Petaling Jaya ( Near Ara Damansara LRT )
Note :
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a minimum requirement
  • No experience needed with Training provided
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • Basic and easy customer service support regarding ( Telecom ) industry
  • Handle inbound calls & emails
  • Assist with customers enquiries on Telecom Onboarding process
