Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • Must be able to speak MANDARIN to ensure smooth communication with Customer support.
  • Need to be a fast learner as we are a fast-paced company.
  • Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill
  • Candidate with SQL Knowledge skill is a plus point
  • Candidate with Accounting Knowledge skill is a plus point
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer
  • Create/Update support ticket in Support Management System
  • Follow-up and update customer status on raised ticket
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team.
