Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification.

Need experience in call center/BPO company.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
Willing relocate work in JB.
Responsibilities
Customer Support: Manage inbound inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, including those related to driver or delivery partner performance, service quality, and order discrepancies.
Order Management: Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Policy Communication: Clearly communicate any changes in service policies, terms, or conditions to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment to meet KPI targets and SLA requirements.
