Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM ?IGCSE?UEC or equivalent (SPM slip required).
  • Proficient in Mandarin; ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome - full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
  • Able to work onsite at Ara Damansara, Selangor.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply as the role supports the Mandarin market.
  • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day (including a 1.5-hour break), with monthly rotating shifts.
Working Days: 5-day work week.
Work Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by public transport).
Salary Package: Basic salary RM2,800 + Allowance RM900
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all inbound customer interactions, including general inquiries, feedback, complaints, and product-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely responses through phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs, showing empathy, and delivering professional, solution-oriented support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their experience meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to minimize repeat contacts and escalations, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contributing to the overall success of team operations.
