- Able to work in rotational shift basis 24/7, only one shift per day
- One shift is 9 hours including 1 hour meal break.
- Working 5 days a week.
- Speak, read and write fluent Mandarin
- With or Without experiences are welcome
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Candidate can select to work in Petaling Jaya branch.
- Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound, outbound calls and email)
- To ensure efficient problem and complaint resolution.
- Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
- Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
- Work place is close to LRT station (5 minutes walking distance)
- 5 working days in a week
