  • Customer Service for Tourism Platform (Handling flight tickets, hotels, etc.)
  • Location: Shah Alam (Direct LRT to Subang Jaya; night shifts require own transport)
  • Market Focus: Primarily Taiwan
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin with basic English communication
  • Education: Completed SPM / UEC / IGCSE or higher (grades are not considered)
  • Open to Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work shifts and night shifts (latest shift: 3pm-12am / 10pm-7am)
Tanggungjawab
  • Demonstrate strong Mandarin and basic English communication skills.
  • Respond to customer inquiries online and provide effective solutions.
  • Offer satisfactory resolutions for customers, such as changing hotel or flight dates or processing refunds.
  • Maintain good communication and collaboration with relevant departments, working as a team to meet KPI and SLA targets.
