Customer Service for Tourism Platform (Handling flight tickets, hotels, etc.)
Location: Shah Alam (Direct LRT to Subang Jaya; night shifts require own transport)
Market Focus: Primarily Taiwan
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin with basic English communication
Education: Completed SPM / UEC / IGCSE or higher (grades are not considered)
Open to Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcome!
Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work shifts and night shifts (latest shift: 3pm-12am / 10pm-7am)
Tanggungjawab
Demonstrate strong Mandarin and basic English communication skills.
Respond to customer inquiries online and provide effective solutions.
Offer satisfactory resolutions for customers, such as changing hotel or flight dates or processing refunds.
Maintain good communication and collaboration with relevant departments, working as a team to meet KPI and SLA targets.
