  • SPM, Diploma, Degree Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Willing to work on shift rotational shift basis. KPI incentive & Shift Allowance will be provided.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in UOA Business Park (near to LRT & KTM).
  • This is 24/7 rotational shift, 5 working days per week with 2 days off in a week.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries and complaints through phone and emails.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate difficult and complex issues to senior team members.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customer.
  • Update and maintain accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company's system.
