Requirements
- Minimum education: SPM / UEC or equivalent.
- Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken), with basic English communication skills. (We welcome candidates who can communicate fluently with customers in Mandarin)
- Fresh graduates are welcome; the company will provide comprehensive training.
- Possess good communication skills and customer service awareness.
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
Currently, work from home (WFH) is available, but in the future, it will be necessary to return to work at the Johor Bahru office.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and after-sales service.
Address customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Benefits
Salary Range: RM3500 - RM4000 / month
