Order Support: Assist customers with placing online orders and provide timely help through phone and email.
Secure Payment Handling: Process payments and manage confidential information while ensuring data protection.
Proactive Customer Care: Address customer needs to prevent risks to brand and loyalty, and escalate priority issues as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to improve support processes and share suggestions for service enhancement.
Ongoing Learning and Compliance: Stay updated through training, meet performance goals, and follow company policies and procedures.
