• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field, making the candidate suitable for an entry-level position.
• Demonstrate fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
• Apply creative teaching methods to stimulate children's learning and development in a daycare setting.
