What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) Good computer literacy and ability to multitask on multiple platforms Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage Willing to work on rotational shifts, including midnight and weekends Must have own laptop and stable internet connection Able to start within 1 week once selected
