Requirements

Minimum 2 years of work experience in onboarding and customer success.
Analytical and proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong communication skills. Communication is clear, concise, and professional.
Willing to work on rotating shifts (including weekends).
Need to work experience in KYC OR AML.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers from the moment they sign-up until their first transaction. Help them go through sign up, account verification and account setup.
Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders (compliance, product, marketing, etc) to facilitate onboarding customers.
Be responsible for ensuring all client records are compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulatory standards in a timely fashion.
