Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
Generate reports on recurring issues, trends, and feedback for process improvement.
