Requirements

• 2+ years IT Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with MT4 / MT5 backend operations
• Strong Linux server knowledge (CentOS / Ubuntu)
• Familiar with databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis
• Strong troubleshooting skills and awareness of security & risk controls
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (read, speak, write)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and backend systems (CRM, IB, payment, risk)
• Troubleshoot issues: latency, disconnections, outages
• Support system upgrades, patches, and releases
• Manage system access, permissions, logs, and IP whitelisting
• Support Risk & Compliance audits and investigations
• Coordinate with external vendors (LPs, bridges, payment gateways)
