• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Timber Industry or related industries such as Construction/contractors project sales, Decking/Furniture sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Fluent in Mandarin is required for this role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding the needs of clients and offering them enterprise solutions that meet these needs.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve company objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the Timber Industry.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients to maintain relationships and secure long-term business partnerships.
• Stay learning about timber or related industry developments and continuously enhance sales knowledge and skills.
