Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to lead the brand and marketing strategy across all our brands.
This role goes beyond awareness -- it's about crafting a compelling, scalable brand empire rooted in storytelling, fire, flavor, and forward-thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and refine brand architecture across multiple F&B concepts.
Ensure each sub-brand has a distinct identity aligned with the group's core values.
Lead rebranding and positioning efforts for new acquisitions.
Marketing & Growth
Own the full-spectrum marketing roadmap: digital, offline, PR, influencer, partnerships, and loyalty programs.
Launch national and regional brand campaigns from concept to execution.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven performance marketing.
Brand Amplification & Recognition
Create strategies to earn industry accolades (e.g., Tatler Dining, Michelin Guide).
Lead press relations, influencer partnerships, and lifestyle brand collaborations.
Digital & Content Strategy
Oversee storytelling across social media, content marketing, and video platforms.
Lead in-house and external teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
Expansion & Go-to-Market
Develop marketing strategies for new outlet openings in Malaysia and beyond.
Support acquisition integration plans and investor decks with compelling branding narratives.
Sustainability & ESG Branding
Embed values of sustainability, ethics, and community into marketing content and brand identity.

Brand awareness, sentiment, and engagement
Digital performance (ROAS, conversion, engagement)
Campaign ROI and outlet footfall
Award recognitions and successful submissions
Loyalty program growth
Quarterly brand equity audits
Ideal Candidate
A visionary storyteller with a strategic mindset and executional excellence.
Proven experience in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality branding (regional experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and content direction.
Experience with performance marketing and PR campaigns.
Comfortable balancing creative ideas with commercial goals.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English
