Handle customer inquiries via non-voice channel + outbound calls in Mandarin and English
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Assist customers with order inquiries, complaints, returns, or account questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
Diploma minimum
