- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Preferably a university lecturer with a focus on M&E disciplines.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the data center industry, with a focus on infrastructure management and operations.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably at the university level or in a professional training capacity.
- Hands-on experience with critical data center equipment such as UPS, HVAC systems, diesel generators, and BMS.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data center operational standards and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and deliver training modules on data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling systems, control systems, and more.
- Provide hands-on training in data center operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate students\' progress through assessments and provide guidance to ensure mastery of critical skills.
- Collaborate with industry experts to continuously update and improve the training curriculum.
- Mentor students to prepare them for successful careers in the data center industry.
- Prior experience in a data center training role.
- Professional certifications in data center management or related areas.
- Bilingual in English and Malay.
