Responsible for the preparation and issuance of financial statements and accounting vouchers of the affiliated company.
Responsible for the application, preparation and verification of salaries, business commissions and other performance-related payments of the affiliated company;
Responsible for the analysis and verification of revenue, costs and profits of the affiliated company.
Responsible for the management of accounts receivable and payable of the affiliated company (including account reconciliation, invoice issuance and collection of receivables).
Responsible for the daily expense reimbursement of the company, ensuring the legality and accuracy of reimbursement procedures and original documents.
Responsible for the work of ensuring the safety of the affiliated company' s funds;
Responsible for the account reconciliation of payments to the affiliated company' s suppliers.
In the early stage, assist the company' s person-in-charge in handling daily warehouse management, procurement, administrative and human resources work.
Job Requirements
With more than 2 years of financial work experience; proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay are preferred
Proficient in operating office software such as Excel and Word, and familiar with financial systems.
Understand national fiscal policies, accounting and tax laws and regulations, and familiar with bank settlement business.
In the early stage, be willing to accept training arrangements at the domestic branch (HQ CHINA).
(the training lasts about 2 months; the company will bear the round-trip transportation expenses, accommodation and catering costs).
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary
: RM 3,000- 3,500, specific amount to be discussed in the interview.
Working Hours
: (8:00- 12:00), (13:30- 17:30) (day off on Sundays)
