Operations Management
Oversee daily coldroom operations, including product storage, handling, and distribution.
Maintain optimal temperature, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams for smooth workflows.
Monitor energy use, equipment maintenance, and operational costs.
Inventory & Logistics
Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate records of product movement.
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
Liaise with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales growth for coldroom storage services and related solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts.
Develop pricing strategies, promotional packages, and seasonal offers.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote coldroom services.
Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, presentations).
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage the company's coldroom service presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging digital content to highlight coldroom capabilities.
Run SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online ad campaigns.
Track analytics and measure ROI to improve campaign effectiveness.
Engage with customers online and respond to inquiries promptly.
Customer Experience & After-Sales
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Develop loyalty programs and referral incentives to retain clients.
Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare reports on operations, sales performance, and marketing outcomes.
Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
Present performance updates and forecasts to senior management.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Explore new technologies and methods to optimize coldroom efficiency.
Introduce innovative marketing and social media strategies.
Upskill staff in operations, sales, and customer service.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in coldroom/warehouse operations and sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cold storage operations, business development, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and social media platforms.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
