Job Description

Job Responsibilities :



Recruitment



Post job ads and help screen candidates Arrange interviews and assists hiring managers Work with recruitment agencies when needed

Onboarding & Offboarding



Prepare new joiner documents and orientation Handle exit process and interviews

HR Operations



Assist with HR letters, memos, and staff records Help renew insurance and update employee info

Payroll & Benefits



Support payroll data entry Assist in reviewing staff benefits Perform site workers attendance and wages calculations

Employee Engagement



Help organize staff events and wellness activities Performance & Admin Help monitor staff performance Support general admin work when needed

Requirements :



Fresh grads with HR, Business, or related studies are encouraged to apply

Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and

Mandarin

Can work in a fast-moving environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Language:

Mandarin (Required)
Work Location: In person
